Strategic Project Planning

Syncrovex can provide strategic project planning services from discovery through preclinical and all phases of Clinical development to launch.  We can provide guidance and support in defining Target Product Profile (TPP) and then, using Microsoft Project® we can define a development plan to achieve that TPP.  We will then collaborate with functional experts to optimise the plan and identify key milestones and Go/No-Go Decisions.  During the process we will identify critical path activities and challenge the timelines to reduce overall development timeline.  We will determine and refine the project budget, highlight any risks and identify contingency plans.

Project Management/Project Delivery

The first stage in Syncrovex’s project management/project delivery service is to identify and manage the core project team to implement the project plan.  We will then track ongoing activity against the Microsoft Project® plan; and identify, communicate and track project risks/issues. We will also manage CROs to deliver against contract (time and budget), obtaining expert advice when necessary.  In addition, we will assist with budget management, tracking against the budget plan and managing any changes of scope.
